Nothing about your customers. FloorReply has no customer database. Your name, dealership and address stay in your own browser storage.
When you click Write, we send the fields you filled in to Anthropic's API to draft the reply, then return the draft to you. Anthropic processes API data under its commercial terms and does not train its models on it by default. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs for security for a limited time.
Stripe handles checkout and stores your billing details. We receive your Stripe customer and subscription IDs to confirm your plan.
Please strip phone numbers, emails and anything you do not need from pasted notes. The writer only needs the customer's first name and what they asked.
