FloorReply ("we") provides a web tool that drafts sales messages. By using it you agree to these terms.
FloorReply writes drafts. You review every message before you send it and you remain responsible for its content, accuracy and compliance with your dealership's policies and the law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state texting rules. You confirm you hold any consent required to contact each customer.
Do not use FloorReply to send spam, deceptive offers, or messages to people who opted out. Do not try to bypass usage limits or attack the service.
The free plan includes a limited number of replies per day. Pro renews monthly through Stripe until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your billing link; access continues to the end of the paid period. We refund within 7 days of a first charge on request.
We provide the service as is, without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
We may update these terms and will post the new date here.
